This menu item allows you to change the name of a file on the remote computer.  If a file is currently selected you will be prompted for the new name; otherwise you will be prompted for the current name and a new name.  Try to choose a name that will be acceptable to the other computer: most systems have file name length limits and do not allow certain characters.  If you specify an improper name you will get an error message.
